Amanda is a unique health leader whose experiences in health care have taken her from the bedside to the boardroom. She is a former Occupational Therapist and the former Executive Vice President, People, Culture and Strategy at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. She is the creator of Providence Healthcare\u2019s PRISM award winning Leadership Development Institute and the ME to WE to ALL framework for human and organizational development. Amanda also accidentally created the largest public library collection of leadership books in the city of Toronto.
