After following some great advice around her diet and lifestyle Rachel was able to reverse the \u2018early menopause\u2019 diagnosis but sadly didn\u2019t go on to fulfil her dream for another child. This experience sent this avid researcher on a mission to learn more about menopause and the midlife experience that many women go through.\r\n\nRachel has her own very successful podcast called Magnificent Midlife and she has some wonderful guests.
