She says \u201cI love helping people grow.\u201d She's an expert in organisational effectiveness and an entrepreneur coach.\r\n\n\r\n\r\n\nWe met on our Alptitude retreat in 2018 and her wealth of knowledge and humble way means you can\u2019t help feel both inspired and at ease in her company. During our conversation we talk about two types of growth: maturing growth and restorative growth. The latter is about addressing the pain in our past so as to live more fully in the present. And by living more fully we have better relationships and become better business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders.\r\n\n\r\n\r\n\nThe lower your ability to lead, the lower the lid on your potential and the potential impact of your organization. Christina says \u201cwhen you\u2019re in a startup or a small team your stuff can get in the way real fast\u201d. She calls this the Law of the Lid, and you\u2019re the lid. We also talk about how growth happens in community and that \u201cwe are so much more invested in each other when we heal and grow together.\u201d\r\n\n\r\n\r\n\nOur Happy Startup Community exists to create spaces for people to find their role in the world before it\u2019s too late.
