\nIn this episode I challenge you as well as myself to answer three questions.

\n* What are you doing that you know you should NOT be doing?* What are you NOT doing that you know you should be?* What are you doing that you know you should be doing MORE of?

\nI also discuss the power of sleep as a means of proper recovery. Even with my intense training regimen, good eating and intent on doing everything perfectly I still get sick. This happened over Labor Day weekend. I had a mild cold but it moved on pretty quickly. What was my strategy? I slept and took it easy. That’s it. I allowed my body to heal.
