Anastasia was found shot on the morning of October 23rd, 1997 in a cemetery.\nWhen Terry heard about Anastasia's death, he told April--\"She got what she deserved, and you're next.\" Even though April's attorney's tried to get this in at her trial, the court suppressed the evidence after the State motioned to keep it out.
