Enjoy this episode as we go Beyond the Drink\u2026 with Meaghan Dorman.\u00a0(cocktail recipe below)\n\nPearl Collins\u00a0\nMakes 1 cocktail\n\n.75 oz jasmine syrup (instructions below)\nHot brewed Jasmine Tea\nSugar\n1 oz gin, such as Fords Gin\u00a0\n1 oz Cocchi Americano\u00a0\n.5 oz fresh lemon juice\n5 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish\u00a0\nClub soda, to top\nLemon wheel, for garnish\n\u00a0\nFor the Jasmine Syrup: Combine equal parts hot brewed jasmine tea and sugar. Stir together until the sugar dissolves.\n\u00a0\nIn an ice-filled shaker, combine the gin, Cocchi Americano, jasmine syrup, lemon juice and the 5 mint leaves. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
