Since I returned, I\u2019ve been caught up in potential shame that has been inflicted upon me by someone else, without any basis as to the reason they are throwing shame my way. Yet as I sat in this space of unknowing, I realized that the words of Vanessa Van Edwards, one of the WDS speakers, really rang true for me \u2013 \u201cShame fuels the fire of worry!\u201d\r\nI feel shame that I have offended someone, even though I have no idea what I did to this person. So now I share my thoughts on shame, worry, and communication.
