RAO\n\nRama is an entrepreneur who is passionate about developing solutions to accelerate clinical trials/improve healthcare He is currently the CEO/Founder of an innovative Clinical Trials Management and Finance company in NJ, USA and has been a speaker at many leading blockchain/Clinical Trials conferences in the world.\u00a0\n\nHe also is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson Univ. NJ, where he initiated the first course on Blockchains for MBAs in 2019. Prior to being an entrepreneur, he was the CFO for Novartis Pharma Canada and later Russia, where, as a member of the Russian executive team he participated in setting the strategic and operational direction of the Pharma organization in Russia.\u00a0\n\nHe also served for a brief period as an interim CEO in Russia. Rama\u2019s roles over 27 years at Novartis and Eli Lilly, have included being the Global Development Finance Head for Oncology Global Development, and Lead Faculty for Novartis\u2019s R&D Finance College - that trained over 150 associates in R&D Finance.\u00a0\n\nHe also served as the CFO for Novartis Canada. He has served as a regional finance head for the Novartis Oncology InterContinental Region (seventy-four countries) at its inception.
