Whatever God is working on in our lives; we feel the need to take control of it, because we don\u2019t like what we see. The same is true regarding our personal Christian progress (Galatians 5:2-5) We establish our own righteousness which results in separation from Christ, and missing grace. We reach salvation by faith and through His Spirit. We can count on God for our progress. We cannot complete our salvation on our own. Sanctification can only come from God.
