He and a 33-year-old man who had not yet been identified publicly both died, officials said, with the third occupant suffered moderate injuries.<br /><br />Raahauge co-founded Shelter For Change with his wife, Karen. The nonprofit helps those dealing with addiction, its website reads.<br /><br />According to the website, Chris Raahauge was a recovering addict and alcoholic who had been sober for 15 years.
