What started as a weight loss journey for me became a transformation to deep trust and self-love. If it worked for me, I knew it had to work for others. For the past two years I have been working with women around this issue in individual and group coaching. \n\nTheir transformation, enthusiasm, and connection made me realize that MORE WOMEN NEED THIS!
