But there is so much more work to be done.

We can't just stop at step one. From there we need to actually move forward onto step two and spend a little time with the information. Become familiar with it, start to apply it, live, breathe, and speak it.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about how when it comes to our healing, there’s usually no such thing as “one and done it.”

It's one thing to read the words on the page, aka information. It's a totally different thing to contemplate that information and bring it from your head, down into your heart, and then moving it into and out through your hands, symbolically by becoming it or doing something with it in the world.

When we take in information intellectually and then drop it down into the wisdom of the heart, we can actually take action and put it into practice. In getting more intimate with the information we absorb, that's where we find true, lasting healing.
