Give a positive, then a negative, then a positive. But Jen teaches us a more productive version of that method. Bonus: it also teaches players how to communicate with each other. \ud83d\ude42 Once they figure that out, you’ll have even more voices helping drive the team forward!
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nTo make it more productive, Jen suggests you do three things. First, you have to give your players a voice in the feedback first. What’s more empowering than that?! Second, help keep the focus on controllable, changeable critiques. Third, always begin and end with what you’re doing well. This makes sure the positive things stick in their minds. If you do these three things consistently, you will see your team grow at least 1% every day.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nIf you want more resources and support for empowering your athletes to truly LOVE the game,","thumbnail_width":300,"thumbnail_height":300,"thumbnail_url":"https://artwork.captivate.fm/561879c4-8029-4c1a-8b3a-a310fbbf981e/podcast.jpg"}
