The prophet/leader of the church I belong to, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, gave a heartfelt talk for about 11 minutes to help the hearts and minds of those struggling in the pandemic. He pled for us to be grateful.\n\nGratitude is the balm for so many wounds. When we don\u2019t think we have enough, we can be grateful for what we have. When things don\u2019t go our way, we can give thanks to those that do. We can always be grateful for our bounties, especially when those around us may have so much less. The consequence of choosing gratitude is a feeling of well-being and abundance, a charity of spirit, and a joyful heart.\n","thumbnail_width":300,"thumbnail_height":300,"thumbnail_url":"https://artwork.captivate.fm/606fa8f1-3b07-4702-8e69-b7e428859a27/podcast-222.jpg"}
