His research centres on how people interact with their environments, the impact of different office designs and how businesses engage in CSR, particularly to address sustainability and modern slavery. \n\n \nDr Helen Hughes is an Associate Professor at Leeds University Business School and the Programme Director for the British Psychological Society accredited MSc in Organisational Psychology. She leads the Faculty-wide \u2018Year in Industry\u2019 module, taken by students who take the industrial placement year during their undergraduate studies in the Business School.
