Krischa does consulting work in the areas of early education environments, assessments, teaming, parenting, effective supervision and coaching, caregiver-child interactions and numerous other topics related to working with adults, families, staff and children. \n\nShe is sought after for her work and training on non-traditional parenting, and has been a guest on a number of podcasts, presented key note addresses Krischa has most recently been asked to be a featured speaker at a local TEDx production.
