This is the first nutrition book for the general public that delves into inflammation in great detail, yet in a fashion that is understandable. Readers will never be confused again about what foods we should and should not be eating.\r\n\n\r\n\nHighlights from this Episode\r\n\n\r\n\n* Dr. Seaman gives us a little background on why he became so interested in the world of nutrition and how it relates to pain and inflammation in the body\r\n\n* The term &#8220;Inflammation&#8221; has become very popular, but can be somewhat misleading.
