Decide who is going to hold you accountable (Friend, Colleague, The Academy etc..)\r\n\u2022\tThink about who are you doing this for? When you lose motivation, think of them!\r\n\u2022\tJournaling can help get everything out of our head so you can get on with what you need to do.\r\n\u2022\tImagine exactly what your day is going to look like before it has started.\r\n\u2022\tTime yourself \u2013 Set a timer for each task.\r\n\u2022\tWatch, listen or read something that motivates you.\r\n\u2022\tIf something resonates with you, print it out or put it as your screensaver!\r\n\u2022\tGive yourself a reward. Have something to look forward to when you have finished your tasks! (A bath, a nice dinner, a film etc..)\r\nThe one thing you need to remember above all else\u2026\r\nThis is not going to go on forever. We have two choices, to either fall into it or try and make the best of a bad situation!
