She oversees the Region\u2019s five Long Term Care Centres and its 1100 staff. Ann-Marie has over 20 years of progressive leadership and healthcare experience in long-term care, acute and community care, and regulatory compliance.\r\n\nMonica Goodban has been working with people living in long-term care homes since 1994. Her work with the Region of Peel focuses on leading the implementation of emotion-based care approaches, such as the Butterfly Model of Care.
