Her research engages with the comparison of labour relations across Europe. Vera\u2019s main research interests focus on the dynamics of organisational restructuring and its impact on working biographies, and organised labour. \nAlexandra Seehaus is a doctoral candidate in Work and Employment Relations, studying the working conditions and class consciousness of logistic and service workers in Germany and the UK.
