This isn\u2019t an either or situation, where we always head in one direction only - but rather about being aware of how full we are in any given moment and pulling back and recalibrating if necessary, so we don\u2019t end up overwhelmed. \n\n As humans, we need both creativity and personal connection in our lives in order to live in balance. There are going to be chunks of time where we\u2019re more in our creative mode and other times we will find ourselves consuming other people\u2019s content or material. \n\n The key is to find a healthy, personal balance that works for you. Sometimes, it\u2019s okay to put our \u201ccuriosity\u201d on hold and go inwards to take some time for ourselves. \n\n What is your upload speed and your download speed? Are you creating more than you're consuming?
