For example</p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude05decision making on all the things is hard</p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc6f\u200d\u2640\ufe0fwe have a lot of kids</p>\n<p>\u23f0we have work and school and sports and all the things to do</p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfe0 we\u2019ve spent years, or maybe even decades accumulating stuff so of course it takes time to get rid of it.</p>\n<p>I just wanted to let you know that if you think it happens quickly, or overnight - or in a weekend, or even a month... and disappointed that even though you\u2019ve been working your \ud83c\udf51 off, and feel like you have nothing to show for it, you\u2019re doing it exactly right and nothing is wrong with you.</p>\n<p>This is why I love before and afters - often times you don\u2019t even realize how much you HAVE done because we\u2019re such immediate beings we can only see what\u2019s left in front of us.
