Rhodes also hosts the podcast,\u00a0The Out Entrepreneur, a weekly program offering mentorship to LGBTQ entrepreneurs, and those aspiring to take the entrepreneurial leap.\r\nFormerly, Rhodes founded the Office of LGBTQ Policy & Practice at the New York City Administration for Children\u2019s Services, and previously served as the founding Director of Policy at PFLAG National.
