These many experiences have clearly helped to prepare him for the significant ministry he has had, and continues to have, in Australia, Africa and in Asia. \n\nRichard was born into an artistic home in Melbourne. As a boy he moved to a sheep-station in NSW where he developed a real fondness for the bush and God\u2019s creation. As a young man he was sent to boarding school in Albury. Here he became aware of God as someone who desired to have a personal relationship with people.
