Signed by Michael Jackson to Michael\u2019s MJJ Music label at Sony, he toured with 98 Degrees, Destiny\u2019s Child, Aaron Carter, and Ashlee and Jessica Simpson. \u00a0 In 2000, the band moved to Madonna\u2019s Maverick label where they toured with Britney Spears and released their Billboard Top 40 chart hit, \u201cCan I Get Your Number,\u201d produced by the same Mr. Mig featured on the \u201cIf You Were My Baby\u201d remix package.\u00a0 Another No Authority song, \u201cI\u2019m Telling You This,\u201d appeared on the\u00a0Rugrats in Paris\u00a0soundtrack.\r\nIn 2004, No Authority broke up and Ricky became the lead vocalist of the band, Harlow. He also did voice-over work for films\u00a0Apollo 13,\u00a0Anywhere But Here, and\u00a0Anastasia,\u00a0and appeared on television in episodes of\u00a0American Dreams,\u00a0Boston Public, and\u00a0Audrina.\r\nRicky went solo as Ricky Rebel in 2012.
