Are you actually living purposefully—or just working to keep up with student loans, bills, and burnout? In this episode, we explore how to reconnect with your values using realistic fitness advice, sensory friendly routines, and adaptive movement autism strategies that fit real energy levels, chronic pain, and neurodivergent brains. You’ll learn how to design sensory-friendly wellness rituals, build simple fitness routines at home, and weave autism-friendly fitness into a life that already feels overbooked and underpaid.
We also talk about neurodivergent energy management, autism mental health, and autism burnout prevention, plus how ADHD executive function strategies and ADHD exercise habits can make movement doable even when your brain is fried. If you’re tired of hustle culture, student debt stress, and the pressure to “do more,” this conversation offers judgment free wellness, autistic wellness tips, and sustainable habits for neurodivergent living so you can move beyond survival mode into a life that actually feels like yours.
