Welcome to my dojo, this is Kung Fu Pizza Party. In the first film review of 2025, I sit down to review the 1974 blackploitation film Black Belt Jones starring Jim Kelly, Scatman Crothers, and Gloria Hendry. After walking through the main plot of the film, I dive into what I enjoyed with this film, while also exploring some of its faults as well. In edition, I do a brief walkthrough of the career of director Robert Clouse and the impact he had on American martial art films in the 70s-90s.
