For the last 20 years Rami serves as the CEO of Goldratt Group the largest global consultancy specializing in Theory of Constraints (TOC). Goldratt Group was founded by his father, Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, with a mission to support managers in achieving breakthrough results. Rami has consulted a wide array of industries worldwide and is considered one of the most influential leaders in the TOC body of knowledge.

Ajai is heading Goldratt Consulting North America operations overseeing the solution design of its largest TOC consultancy engagements. Working closely with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt to develop the TOC application for multi-project environments and applying the method with multiple companies across industries, Ajai has since become known as one of the world’s leaders in this field. He is the winner of the prestigious Fulkerson Prize awarded by the Mathematical Programming Society and the American Mathematical Society.
