Tim Conners invites Johnny to Montana to celebrate the birth of his child and at the same to time to look into the Henderson matter. It's a case of death under mysterious circumstances. The one thing that is known is that the insured person turned up dead after falling from a hotel room window, but nobody knows whether he was murdered, committed suicide, or had an accident. $25,000 will be paid out if it was an accident, but if it was murder or suicide then the policy will be void.
