Tara MacDonald [:
Hi, I'm Tara from Plus Fitness with Tara. I'm a curvy, fun body, positive coach and personal trainer. I love business and fitness. You have the tools you need to be a rock star in fitness. A healthy love of yourself and help for me and sifting through health news will do that. I've got fitness topics and guests. Rock stars aren't born, they're bred and experienced with fire. Let's do this together.
Tara MacDonald [:
Okay. Hello and welcome to Plus Fitness with Tara, the podcast. I'm Tara McDonald, known as Tara Mack, and I have here today a guest. Her name is Kami Guildner. And thank you very much for being a guest on my podcast. And let us start off with first of all, how people can find you at the beginning, because I know some people take it down at the beginning and then follow along later on. So where can people reach you?
Kami Guildner [:
Oh, sure. So thank you for having me, Tara. It's really great to be here. Best place to find me is on my website. It's kamiguildner.com K A M I G U I L-D-N-E-R.com and also I'm on any of the socials. I'm really easy to find because there's not any other Kami Guildners out there as far as I know. So that's a great place to find me as well. I'm on all the socials.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. Perfect. Awesome. Well, thanks so much. So, Kami, before we get into it, why don't we just highlight too for people who just do the quick listen, which is the first half of the show. You have an event coming up in November. Can we just quickly talk about that? Just a few people know that that is like happening soon. We want to get this going, you
Kami Guildner [:
know, so thank you for letting me share. So it's, it's extraordinary. Women ignite. This is my 12th year of hosting this event and this is a conference for, we bring in about 100 women into the room and it's an amazing event for, for women who are really, women entrepreneurs are ready to take their business to that next level. You know, they've, they've been in business, they're ready to get to that next level. And it's, I bring in amazing speakers, very soul aligned. I mix a lot of soul plus strategy over the, the three days. It's in Colorado and it's a, a great way to be in community with women who are here to make a movement, who are here to lead in big ways and put their voices out in Bigger ways.
Kami Guildner [:
It's a way, it's a, a place to connect with women who are really out to create a ripple effect with their work. And they lead that conference with a very clear pathway into the new year. And so I had women come back year on year because that's how they set up their, their plans, their strategies. I bring in so many wonderful speakers and it's, it's really just a great event. Perfect.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. And for, so for anybody listening in Canada Premier or I do have some listeners in the UK and in parts of Europe as well, is there accommodation? You know, if the people go to your website, can they find out more information about accommodation and stuff like that for.
Kami Guildner [:
Absolutely, yeah. And we've definitely had Canadians in, in the. We, we love it when Canadians join us. So definitely come on down and join us because we, it's, it's a, it's a powerful room. Perfect.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. Great. Well, I mean that sounds like a great timing, like you just mentioned, to get an early start on the year. So you're not doing the vision board in January and wondering like, how do I get through January now? You know, you have a plan by the time January hits you. So I think it's.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah. And you're doing real business planning. I mean, it's true business plan. You're walking away with a business plan for the new year.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
Well that's great because I think some people gloss over when they think about vision boards, you know, financials and numbers on the hardcore bottom line, you know, just to know that, that it's like what Sandra Yancey says about the cash register ring. It's just, you know, if, if, if there's no sales, you know, we need to come up with a plan to like change that around. You know what I mean? And you know. Yeah, so that's great. Okay, cool.
Kami Guildner [:
Colorado. Yeah. And it's kamigelner.com forward/ignite is a quick way to get there. And yeah, it's a fabulous event and it's, you know, it's about voice and visibility and really putting the right structure into your business to make it the business that, that you love.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. I love that. Okay, so tell me a little bit more about your business. What's, what type of coaching do you do? You know, if there is a type.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I work with women entrepreneurs who are really wanting to get into the multi six figures and beyond. And you know, so they've, they've built the foundation of their business ready to get to that next level and I look at it through bringing, helping them really build the business that they love. Right? Helping them build a business that works for them. So we simplify. We, we work on messaging, we, we work on vision. Voice and visibility are my three pillars. And so vision is the business that we want to create.
Kami Guildner [:
It's the, it's the life that we want to create. And then it's the packaging and the pricing underneath of that that makes that work for you, that really helps you build that. So, so that you're really building the business you love. And then voice is all about what's the language you're attracting your clients in with? And it's, you know, it's, it's speaking your client's love language. It's building your brand from the inside out. And it's also about building your space as a leader in your. So that you're the go to leader in your space as a thought leader. So people, when they think of what you do, they're thinking of you.
Kami Guildner [:
And then the third pillar is visibility. And visibility is all about building the marketing ecosystem, what I call the no love and trust marketing ecosystem. That people come into your business like they know who you are, they trust who you are, and they want to work with you. So it's like building the visibility pathway so people really fall in love with who you are.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, I love that so much. The three pillars, vision, voice, and visibility. And so one thing I do have a question for you just related to that. Do you find that in your experience so far that a lot of female entrepreneurs have a problem with those three things? Is that why you made it your three pillars?
Kami Guildner [:
Well, what I've found is not necessarily that they have a problem with those three things, but what I can see is somebody built the business to a certain level and it's kind of plateaued out. And they're like, okay, how do I get to that next level?
Tara MacDonald [:
Level?
Kami Guildner [:
I can look at those three pillars and often find what needs to be adjusted. Like, you know, what's the tweaks that need to happen to take you to that next level. And I think that's one of my superpowers. And so those three pillars came to me as far as, like, you know, just by coaching women for the last 18 years that I, you know, that I, I know that those are the pieces that will move a business. And so I can usually do an audit with someone and really get to like, okay, what needs to shift and change based on that?
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. I love that so much. And what, what, so what I love is like, the experiences has given you the ability to provide women who maybe can't see it because they're so stuck into the forest of their business hard.
Kami Guildner [:
In our own businesses. Right.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. A framework, you know, like a way for them to, you know, realize. Because a lot. I think so as an entrepreneur myself, and I'm sure you can relate to this, we often get inside our own heads too much sometimes about our own business, and, you know, often don't dive deep because we're worried about what we may find. But if you have a coach or a guide who's been there themselves and then also willing to give a framework as a way to help them navigate this, you know, it's perfect because often entrepreneurs, I find they know sometimes what they need to do, but they bury it. Do you know what I mean? Like, you know, and your framework of the vision, voice, and visibility will, of course, allow them to explore and work with you and do that. I mean, that's fantastic.
Kami Guildner [:
Thanks. There's one more thing to that, because I believe that right now, I mean, I believe women's wisdom is the medicine our earth needs. We have so much wisdom. We have so much inner, you know, guides inside of us that we can tune into and tap into. So when I'm working with my clients, I work with them both on the soul, like, listening to our soul, listening to our inner wisdom and the strategy, but the soul and the. The life, like, listening to that wisdom inside is where the real breakthroughs happen, I believe, because it's like we have so much wisdom inside of us, and then we apply the strategy alongside of that. And those two pieces woven together really enable us to create businesses that we're being called into. You know, what.
Kami Guildner [:
Is that what we're being called to step into that next level for us, and it's important that we work with both sides of that. The soul plus the strategy.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, I hear that. I hear that a lot. Because that is, I think, some of the things that we don't often trust ourselves and it doesn't have to happen. You know, anybody who's starting a business, you know, and. And diving in, you know, can, of course, I'm sure, join your event. But the coaching, you know, is probably one of the most rewarding things to do because, like you just said, you're working with women's wisdom. We have this innate ability to. To tap into something very, like, central, you know, and it's just something that, you know, sometimes, you know, having done my MBA and done things where people just, like Bottom line or financials do this.
Tara MacDonald [:
And they don't talk into the creative power that the entrepreneur, as a female may. Or identifying female may have in the ability to tap into something that perhaps isn't there for everyone. And maybe, you know, they just need someone to help them dig in, you know, and I think that's what you do, from what I hear. So.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
Does that sound. Does that resonate?
Kami Guildner [:
Absolutely. It's, you know, like you said, it's. We always get these things that happen up in our head, and it's like, you know, having that support to move through that with someone, it's helpful. I mean, I've had coaches almost. You know, I've been in business for 18 years, and most of those years I've had a coach. And because it's. It's what helps me be better, helps me stretch and helps me shut off the noise that happens in my head. You know, I don't want, you know, when it's there and re.
Kami Guildner [:
You know, divert that. Those. Those thoughts and to really be more empowering.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. And also, I feel like that's also like, a very big thing for confidence for a lot of women to tap into when they realize they have someone who's been there, done it themselves, but also has the ability to help them tap into it. The confidence probably grows because they're allowed to almost dream again and not give up on being stuck in their business.
Kami Guildner [:
You know, it goes even beyond confidence. So, you know, you can move into confidence where. Where you're much more confident, but the next level of that is where you're just embodying your message because you believe it so deeply in your heart and soul that you're here to do the work you're here to do. And that's where you're. You embody your message, you embody your work versus just being confident in it. I mean, being confident is great, but there's another level to step into, and that's the power of that.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. So for everybody listening to this episode, I am very listening intently as we go along. I'm nodding my head and I'm. I am. I am focused, letting the words reach me because it is just. It's amazing to hear someone come in, and within a few short minutes, it's been around 10 minutes into the episode, and I'm like, oh, my God. Like, this is, like, so needed. Like, it's just, you know, you know, about helping women build a business, you know, but it's.
Tara MacDonald [:
It like, it. I hear words you said in the beginning which was like next level coaching.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
And I just, and, and embodying that. So it's so deep in us that we have the answers. We just need to bring them to fruition. You know, it's just, you know, that that innate inner knowing, you know, is really what you're helping them tap into. Am I correct?
Kami Guildner [:
Totally, absolutely. Yeah. And just one more thing because I know so many of you are listening as this is an E Women network podcast and so many of your listeners are Ewomen members. I'm an E Women Premier Success coach, so anyone who is a member of Ewomen can get a complimentary coaching session with me. So I'm just going to toss that out there.
Tara MacDonald [:
No, that's perfect. And let's, let's, let's, let's, let's do a shout out to your website again too, because it's almost halfway into the episodes.
Kami Guildner [:
Your website is kamigelner.com K A M I G U I L D N E R dot com. And if you're an Ewomen member, you just go out to the Ewomen website and it's the. In the coaches section, coaches corner. You can, you can book a session with me.
Tara MacDonald [:
Oh, that's perfect. Oh, that's awesome. I do love the Premier success coaches. That's how I met a coach I used for a little while, Nicole Kirby. She was great. And yeah. So it is a. And for all the human members out there that haven't used it, please tap into this resource.
Tara MacDonald [:
Do you know what I mean?
Kami Guildner [:
It's a great resource.
Tara MacDonald [:
Right?
Kami Guildner [:
Coaching.
Tara MacDonald [:
I know, I know. And like, you know, you know, you know me complaining about not receiving possibly a lot of one on one time. Well, there's, there's a, there's a little program here that we want you to take advantage of and use because you will benefit from it, you know? Yes. Yeah, there's, there's no reason, like not to do it. So. Yeah, perfect. Okay, so let me just, let me step away for a little bit. We talked a little bit.
Tara MacDonald [:
We, you know, dived into your coaching. But you know what, what is your take on fitness and nutrition as it relates to this? Let me, let me know what you feel about that.
Kami Guildner [:
Oh, I actually am so glad you're, you know, you weave these together because I think they' intricately connected. I believe, you know, in order to show up in our best light, we have to take care of the vessel that we live in. And so finding space and time to take care of ourselves from a mindset From a body, from a spiritual perspective, from community, all of that is. Is so important. And so from a. From, you know, when I look at nutrition and movement, for me, I love walks. I live in the foothills of Colorado, and so I walk almost on a. On daily basis, you know, and I take my dog out on a walk and I stroll through the woods and it's.
Kami Guildner [:
It's my way of move, moving. I also have horses, so that keeps me doing lots of, you know. You know, keeps me strong. Right. Yeah. And then the. As far as nutrition, that's been quite a journey for me. I probably about four years ago, I went through.
Kami Guildner [:
I went to a functional nutritionist that really helped me diagnose that. I had. Well, I had Hashimoto's. And so I had to really learn to what my body liked and didn't like. And I've been through a big journey really, like connecting into the foods that work for me and the foods that don't work. And I know that, you know, like, I pulled dairy out, I pulled gluten out, and when I did that, my body was so much happier. And I've really gotten. Gotten to a point where I feel my body is very strong and healthy.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah.
Kami Guildner [:
And, you know, I, I appreciate that. Right. It's like I. That's. That's always what I'm striving for is. Is. Is strong. Strong and healthy.
Kami Guildner [:
And, you know, I don't really care what the scale says to me. I look at it through the lens of is my body is feeling good, if my gut feels good, if, you know, I have energy, if. If I can show up in my best light doing the work I'm here to do, then I'm doing the right things for my body.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, And I completely hear that, because what I love is. You were used the word vessel with. I. I did some yoga teacher training back in 2019, and one of the things I loved about it was the teacher's ability to. That led the course was the teacher's ability to help us connect not just with our innate knowledge, but also with, you know, how we have a relationship with food and that, you know, it's a spiritual thing as well as not just a functional thing. You know. You know, fitness is like, yeah, you need food for fuel. Okay, sure.
Tara MacDonald [:
But you also need it. So you're not starving your soul. Do you know what I mean? In that, you know, you feed it healthy things, appropriate things, and. And then also you also understand what your body is trying to tell you. Like you said, you just felt Better when you let go of dairy and gluten. And a lot of people still eat that, but yeah, a lot of people who are coming into different parts of their lives also realize that perhaps if they don't have enough energy, they need to look at their nutrition and see what they can do to help their cells of their body and their spiritual soul connect totally.
Kami Guildner [:
And our bodies are also each unique. That, you know, what works for me, it may not work for another person.
Tara MacDonald [:
Right.
Kami Guildner [:
And so it's like, you know, it's not that I'm like, okay, you got to be dairy free. You're going to be gluten free. It's like, figure out what your body needs.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah.
Kami Guildner [:
And that's what that functional nutritionist really helped me do is like, you know, we did a lot of testing, we did a lot of things that, you know, it's like, you know, this really works for your body. This doesn't work for your body. Eat more of this, you know, And I, I have a husband who's a trained chef. He doesn't work in that field, but he went to culinary school. And so he's an amazing chef and I'm really blessed about that. So we eat really good food. And, you know, we, you know, he's even learned to cook around, you know, things that I, you know, we use oat milk instead of dairy. We, you know, we use gluten free flour.
Kami Guildner [:
I cook sourdough bread every, you know, almost every week. Um, it's a gluten free sourdough recipe. Um, so, yeah, so I.
Tara MacDonald [:
And for everybody listening, I know that that's, you know, important because I have talked every now and then about the nutritional buffet, because I have talked about how we are diverse as a population. We have different, like, traits genetically. Then also, you know, lifestyle habits. And then also. And I, you know, I went to one conference and they showed an image of like, all they had mind mapped, you know, with lines, all the different factors that affect one individual in making a decision about food, you know, whatever meal they're going to have. And it was like a whole. It was almost a kaleidoscope. You know, when they do that kaleidoscope thing, you look through the glass and you see all these images and everything merge.
Tara MacDonald [:
It was like the same kind of lines all, all coming through this person. And all I thought of was like, oh, my God, that looks like, like a soul leaving the body. Do you mean in that, like, there's connection there, there's light coming in. There's all kinds of Stuff and I just had to laugh because I'm like, you know, when I talk about the nutritional buffet, like you said, not everything's going to work for every person. We're all different. We have different things going on. But if you can start to pull one of those threads that comes into your body and say, what am I feeling right now? And start the detective work to see what your body enjoys and what it needs for energy, you can create a completely different environment for it to be in.
Kami Guildner [:
You know, I love it. I love that. So beautiful. And it's like, you know, if we, if we can, you know, nourish our bodies in a way that it just takes us up even 5%. Right?
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, it's, it's powerful. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So coming back to your business and stuff like that a little bit. So you mentioned that you're in Colorado. Do you travel at all with, you know, does anybody looking for someone for you to speak? You know, would you be willing to travel to speak?
Kami Guildner [:
I do. I definitely travel to Speak. So if it's the right, you know, it's got to be the right space.
Tara MacDonald [:
Oh, yeah.
Kami Guildner [:
Then, yeah. But yes, absolutely. I love to go visit other cities. In fact, I think I've spoken in ewim and I probably have spoken at about 15 different chapters or across the the US and even into Canada. I spoke in Victoria a while back.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. Awesome. Yes. Well, that's fantastic because I know they're working on, you know, getting the Ontario chapter to completely launch and you know, I'm still working on the membership for Nova Scotia as the managing director here. But, you know, we, you know, it's like planting seeds. You got to pull things together and get the right people in the room and, you know, make sure that everybody, you know, wants to, you know, create connection, not just exchange a business card and leave. You know what I mean? Like, it's got to be a little deeper than that for. Yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
Thanks to work. And I know you know that because you just talked about the three pillars and like next level coaching and that's what I love.
Kami Guildner [:
So, yeah, I've been building community for a long time. I, I used to run a series of event called Extraordinary Women Connect that were evening events and it was all about connecting great women to great women. I ran it for over a decade and. Which was a lot of fun. And then at some point I was like, okay, I think this is, this is complete now. And I, you know, as I still do my conference every year, but the, the, the connect events, I've I've, I've. I do more collaboration and collaborate with other women at Colorado and Denver is a really amazing community of women entrepreneurs, women entrepreneur communities where they love to collaborate together. So I'm constantly collaborating with other women communities and you know, we're supporting one another and uplifting one another and that's so powerful.
Tara MacDonald [:
Perfect. And that is exactly why I'm a member of EWU Network and why after like a break, I'm bringing it back to Nova Scotia because I strongly believe in the connection. I mean, it is kind of funny because say you will about what happened during the COVID years. One of the things that made it more relatable for Nova Scotia is that people suddenly realized they could do Zoom. They knew how to figure out the technology and they can connect with people through it enough so that they want to meet them in person or go to the conference that, um, network has every August and you know, and see them in person and then, you know, make their informed decision as to whether or not they want to join or not. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. It's one of those things where it's a, it's at the zoom is a pathway, even like, you know, FaceTime and stuff like that to our Ms. Teams.
Tara MacDonald [:
You know, people realize that they can make connection enough to fulfill a connection for their business, you know.
Kami Guildner [:
Absolutely. Absolutely. I love the global community of you women. That's one of the best part of being a member is just like, you just have such a. A rich network of connections to be able to make.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. And we're in the UK and Mexico now, so I mean, it's coming along really well. Like, it's just like. It's kind of funny because I have a trip going to the UK in a few weeks for school and stuff. And I just had to, you know, unfortunately the UK chapter person won't be there when I'm there. But I was just like, you know what, I'm still going to keep you in mind the next time I, you know, make another plan to go over because I just. It would be great just to be surrounded by a British accent who's like talking about you network and just like. And be like, it's not just in Canada and Australia anymore.
Tara MacDonald [:
Do you know what I mean?
Kami Guildner [:
Like, people are coming.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah. Are you been a member a long time too?
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, since 2012. So.
Kami Guildner [:
Okay. I've been 2018, so yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. Are you going to conference in August this year?
Kami Guildner [:
I am, yes.
Tara MacDonald [:
Oh, great. So people can reach you there too.
Kami Guildner [:
Yes, yes.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, perfect. So if you. So don't be shy. If you're going to conference, walk up to Camden Gillen and say, hey, learn more about this November event.
Kami Guildner [:
All about. Yeah, I'm all about making connections everywhere I go.
Tara MacDonald [:
And you'll be able to find her, because we also. Not only do we have badges sometimes, but we have, like, the place cards that they give us, the little name tags for and stuff like that around the neck. So it's like, I suggest to everybody, like, you know, you go to conference, make the most of those three days, and, like, walk around and introduce yourself to people and, like, say, hey, I'm blah blah, blah from blah blah, and just let the connection happen. Do you know what I mean? Like, go through the, you know, networking groups that we do during conference. Yes. But also, you know, reach out to people at your table and say, you know, I do this. You know, do you know anybody who can help me or my business? And that's how it starts. So.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Okay, so we have about a few more minutes left. Is there anything you want to talk about related to your business or what you do or any kind of, like, thing you want to share in the last few minutes before we wrap up? Cami? Because I don't want to. I don't want to mistake, you know, I don't want to lose time for you. Do you know what I mean? So, no.
Kami Guildner [:
I appreciate the opportunity to have this conversation with you. I'd say really find your voice, find your message. I think that is one of the most important things that we can do as women is to, you know, bring our voice out into the world. And I go back to. Women's wisdom is a medicine our earth needs. This is. We're going to be changing the shape of business. We're changing how it's done.

We are changing the way marketing is done. We're changing the way relationships are leading, and I think that that's powerful. And so if we are putting our voices out in the world, we are really. We're doing the world a favor. You know, so many of us have been called to bring our gifts out, to lead the change that's here to be led. We're here to help the people that we help and create that ripple effect so our clients go out and do the work. And, you know, it's. It's so powerful when we're coming together.
Kami Guildner [:
So I'd say find your voice, find your message, and. And really, you know, don't. Don't play small. You know, use Your step out in a bigger way and look for ways that you can lead in that just increases the impact that you're here to make.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah. And I hear that, you know, don't play small because often, you know, depending on even, even now, but depending what generation grew up with, it was like, you know, sit still, don't say anything, be quiet, you know, calm down, you know, don't, you know, give voice to your emotions. Don't do this, don't do that. You know, layered on layered years after years, not just say perhaps by people around you, but by an educational system as well. And by the time I hit the major workforce, besides just working part time jobs when I was young, you know, it had turned into, you know, Tara, such a good worker because she doesn't like rock the, the boat kind of thing. Right. But my voice was like silent.
Kami Guildner [:
It's like, it's like I want the opening. It's like the opening of everyone's voice is like coming right.
Tara MacDonald [:
And I didn't really find it until I did my came back after six years of working in the big city in Toronto, Ontario, came back to do school and I didn't really find it till my first year. And it was because I suddenly realized I had something to say. Jeremy. So yes, for every woman entrepreneur listening out there, for every student, for every person who is going through whatever stage in managerial, professional studies or like workplace, you know, environments, know that your voice is important. And I think what you need to do is like definitely join EWM Network and take up those sessions with Kami Gillner and like start to do the work, go to her event, go to conference and like find the voice because we can't just sit still anymore. Do you know what I mean? Like we can't.
Kami Guildner [:
No. Yeah, we're being called.
Tara MacDonald [:
Yeah, I firmly believe that too. So, so I'll, I do have one thing that I want to circle back to, which is you, you mentioned that you have horses. I used to ride as, as a child and I don't, I never, I didn't rent a horse from a farmer. I just took lessons all the time because it was just fun. And one horse I had was hilarious. His name was. He was older horse and he almost had an opinion about every lesson I took him into because he would just, he was just, he would just, we, we get in the lineup and he's flicking your back on me. Like are you getting on or what are you doing standing there waiting for, you know, I'd get on and then he would do Something.
Tara MacDonald [:
And the coach would say something and I'd hear him go, you know, like, I'm not doing that. You know what I mean? And he would just stand there and just look at me, like, going to give me the command now. Like, it was the cutest. Like, he was, he was, he wasn't angry, but he was just like, oh, the things I have to do around here, you know, like, he was. And then it was funny because I miss him because he was such a great horse and he was so fun to take care of. But he, he almost, like, would almost inspect his skull before I came in, after I mucked it out and stuff like that. Just as if to say, like, you missed a spot over there, you know.
Kami Guildner [:
Oh, my gosh, that's hilarious.
Tara MacDonald [:
It was the cutest thing. But horses have this innate wisdom. And what I want to circle back to is, is I'm telling you right now, for every listening, if you find someone who is working with clients and also has horses, there is a level of spirituality there with, with farm and with horses that you can tap into. Do you know what I mean?
Kami Guildner [:
Like, I didn't even mention this, but I actually do retreats with my horses. So equine guided coach. My clients get a retreat with me every year and I, you know, I open up a few spots. I have a few spots open this summer, but I do equine vision journey retreats with my horses. So I am a certified equine guided education coach at a, at an advanced level that I did 19 years ago. So I've been doing it for a long time. But I. The fact that I get to weave that into my work is really a blessing.
Tara MacDonald [:
That's amazing. I love that so much.
Kami Guildner [:
Oh, my God, you totally tapped into it.
Tara MacDonald [:
Oh, I'm telling you. So Reiki and yoga sometimes with me just like, you know, will guide me without me even like, you know, directly tapping into it. Well, I mean, Kami, thank you so much. We're wrapping up in a minute or so, but I just want to say it's been a pleasure to talk to you and find out more your business and once again, tell people where they can find you. And then also, let's. Let's go back to when the November event is and it's in Colorado for everybody listening. And honestly, if you have a few spaces for equal individual retreats, people get on her newsletter list, get on, you know, find her online and like, sign up. Because I have a feeling about this.
Tara MacDonald [:
I don't know what it is, but it's powerful stuff.
Kami Guildner [:
Yeah, it's really powerful. So thank you. Thank you so much. So it's Kami Gilner, K A M I G U I L d n e r.com and on any of the socials, my event, Extraordinary Women Ignite is November 5th through 7th in in Colorado and it is Camigelner.com ignite perfect.
Tara MacDonald [:
All right, everybody, that is the podcast for this episode. And I just want to say, you know, honestly, you know, thank you to Iwo Network for enabling us to do podcasts all through the years. I was mentioning that I've been on for a while, I haven't been as prolific because I was, you know, running a couple businesses at the same time and. But now, you know, I just want to say the power of podcasting brought Cami into my life today and I am the better for it. So I appreciate you being on board.
