Tara MacDonald [:

Hi, I'm Tara from plus Fitness with Tara. I'm a curvy, fun body, positive coach and personal trainer. I love business and fitness. You have the tools you need to be a rock star in fitness.

Suzanne Milner [:

A healthy love of yourself and help for me and sifting through health news will do that.

Tara MacDonald [:

I've got fitness topics and guests. Rock stars aren't born, they're bred and experienced with fire. Let's do this together. All right. Hi, this is Tara plus Fitness with Tara, the podcast and today I have the guest Suzanne Milner with me today. Suzanne and I have worked together professionally over many years and become friends and is a joy is always to have her on the podcast and get the details about what's happening with her business, her life and yeah. Where she wants to travel next. That'll be the next tidbit.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah. So, Suzanne, how are you today? What's up?

Suzanne Milner [:

I'm good. Thanks for having me. It's always fun having a chit chat and catching up on what's going on. Business, life, personal, all of the good stuff.

Tara MacDonald [:

Stuff. Yeah, yeah. And, oh, let's start off so people listening so they. In case they miss it later on. Where can they reach you to? You know, where do you want people to find you at?

Suzanne Milner [:

Perfect. The best place to reach me is either through my website at Drug freewellness ca, which is don't get, don't get hung up on the ca. It is a global site. Or they can email me@drug freewellness gmail.com or they can find me on Facebook at Drug Free Wellness as well. Great.

Tara MacDonald [:

Awesome. Fantastic. So, yes. So tell me, what is your business currently doing so far? What's up? What's new?

Suzanne Milner [:

So the business that I'm working through is called Super Patch and we have created a line of 15 different patches that are worn to help with a whole host of irritating issues that we all have in our lives. Lots of science behind it. I'm not a scientist, but I can explain the basics of it in layman's terms. That's how I understand it anyway. But basically the patches are drug free, hence the Drug Free Wellness name. And they work with a piece of technology called vibro tactile technology. And that just means that every patch has a very precise and unique pattern of ridges that when applied to the skin, speak to your neural pathways through your central nervous system and basically send different messages to your brain to kind of clear up all that fog between systems so that everything works a little bit better.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yes. And I can say, Suzanne, having Been a client of yours that I love my sleep patch the best out of all of them because I know I'm in for a good night's sleep when I put that patch on during the day and just let it work its way, work over 24 hours and change it up every day and, and just, you know, it really does help. And I have looked into the science behind it, since I'm such a student half the time. And, and you know, and, and there are studies that are. Have been done on vibratectile technology. It does show improvement in health and there are reasons to use it. So. Absolutely.

Suzanne Milner [:

That REM patch, the sleep patch, is probably one of our most popular patches. And it's really interesting that you bring that one up because I always thought I slept great. I always thought I slept well. I'd go to sleep fairly quickly, I'd sleep through the night. But what the REM patch does is it gives you that longer, deeper sleep pattern so that true REM sleep. And you will dream. When you're in REM sleep, you will dream, but you wake up and you don't have that morning grogginess and you feel more refreshed. So it's really interesting.

Suzanne Milner [:

I didn't think I needed sleep improvement, but then when I wear it, I realize how much it does really work.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah. Yeah. So I noticed that. I think I saw a newsletter come out or some kind of information in the past few months about a couple new patches that came up. I'm just wondering if you can shed some light on these new ones that have joined the group and stuff. Shall we say the newcomers to the newcomers patch team? Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. We have two new patches that were just released last month. The first one is called Ashore. And if you've ever traveled and have had motion sickness or feel that drowsiness of travel, the Ashore patch helps with nausea relief. So I actually had used it because I had changed medications and I was feeling a bit nauseous and I was really surprised at how quickly it worked to mitigate that, which was really great. The second one is called the Zen Patch. And just by nature of name, you can imagine that this is all about calming focus, creative flow, and that clarity that we, that we all kind of sometimes lack when things get sticky and foggy in our systems. So the Zen patch is about mindful clarity.

Tara MacDonald [:

Awesome.

Suzanne Milner [:

Two things I think everybody could use probably.

Tara MacDonald [:

Oh my gosh. Well, so.

Suzanne Milner [:

And it is.

Tara MacDonald [:

It is funny to say this, but when I look at the Super Patch website, I'm looking at all the patches, I'm like, yes, yes, yes, I know, yes. And yes. And then I'm looking at my budget, is this. And this is what I have to do.

Suzanne Milner [:

Exactly.

Tara MacDonald [:

These are the most important to me right now. You know, I have flipped it up. I, you know, I did, I did use the defend patch for quite a while and then I found the one that, the anti pain one or whatever and stuff, freedom patch, simply because as I increase my workouts, oh my God. Like, yeah, muscle pain.

Suzanne Milner [:

So.

Tara MacDonald [:

And it helps. And it does help. So yeah, yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

So for you, like where you're increasing your workouts, I would recommend for everybody that everybody wear the defend patch. It's that natural immunity booster. But then depending on what you're looking at, like what you're concerned about. So for you, where you're increasing your workouts, the victory patch might be a nice patch to add because it helps enable strength and that recovery. Another one that's really popular with folks is the focus patch. So I know for me, I'm a teacher by trade. My least favorite thing to do is grade and I'm easily distracted because I just don't want to do it on the days where I know I have a lot of grading. I put a focus patch on and I'm head down, powered through it, efficient.

Suzanne Milner [:

And it's just done great, which is great.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah. When I think it's be perfect for people, especially like when I think of like truck drivers and bus drivers and people, you know, on the highway. The monotony of the road and stuff like that would help them bring them into focus as to, you know, what's happening on the road in front of them and around them and stuff. So I think they enjoy that too. Cool. Okay. And once again, you can find Suzanne at online.

Suzanne Milner [:

Online at drug free wellness. Ca through email at drug freewellness gmail.c.com and through Facebook at Drug Free Wellness.

Tara MacDonald [:

Okay, awesome. Great. Okay. What I love about these patches too is they're very easy to put on. You know, they don't rip at your skin. You don't have any skin irritation. You don't get that guck that sometimes you get with like, you know, any kind of sticky stuff that you try to Velcro to your skin, that kind of stuff, you know, there's no kind of residue and, you know, you don't even feel it when you take it off before you shower and stuff that put it back on. There's no problem with the stickiness.

Tara MacDonald [:

Do you know what I mean? Like, it, it does a Good job staying close to your skin so that the technology can work with your nervous system. So, yeah, I do, I do appreciate my patches. They have helped a lot for sure.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. We use a medical grade water resistant adhesive. So it's not super sticky, but sticky enough that it does stick to your skin even. I have some customers who sweat a lot when they're working out and they're like, is it going to come off? And most people find that it stays on just fine.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

I also talk to people about placement on the body. So, you know, don't place it where you're going to have rivulets of sweat. You know, don't put it in the middle of your back, for example, when you're working out.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

Maybe, you know, your forearm might be a good spot to put it or someplace where, you know. So, you know, I talk about that a lot. I just got back from vacation not too long ago and I wear these patches every day and I was sitting in the pool for hours at a time and none of them came off nice.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah. I do use the forearm for mine and then I have used like the area just between the neck and the shoulder blade because I find that that way I also like, you know, your clothes don't rub it off either.

Suzanne Milner [:

Right.

Tara MacDonald [:

It has a good, it could stick to it, but I just left because that way I don't like catch it on anything. I find when I have my dogs and stuff like that, if it's on my arm and I'm like, because they're big and I'm like, you know, saying hi to them. It can, it can, they can, they can like rub it off. Do you know what I mean? They'll, they'll throw their whole weight like 75 pounds. We're not just talking a brush by, you know, and just be like, and lean into me and everything. Bracelets, rings, everything. So it's just like. Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

So sometimes it takes a little bit of experiment to figure out the best part on your body to place them. But I haven't had anybody come to me and say, I can't find anywhere where they won't, where they won't stick. So.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, yeah. Well. And it's very user friendly. Like, you know, basically you just peel it off and put it on your body.

Suzanne Milner [:

Peel it off and stick it.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, yeah. Like you don't have to worry about, you know, time of day or like half an hour before a meal or, you know, like. No, you know, it's, it's, it's very versatile. Easy to use and definitely helps your health. So I'm glad you came on today to help explain a little bit about it and talk about it, especially about body placement, because I think some people get intimidated. Like, I have this patch, but I don't know where to put it, you know, and there's no right or wrong, but like you said, just put it in a place where it's. It's not going to be rivulets of sweat. Do you know what I mean? Like for some kind of, you know, you know, you know, high motion area

Suzanne Milner [:

where it works for you.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, yeah. Cool. Yeah. Okay. So, Suzanne, so what, what, what are you planning for trips for next year? I know we chatted a little bit briefly, but Suzanne likes to travel when she has her downtime and stuff. And she sends these great photos which I often admire when I'm stuck in snow or something like that, because I'm just like, oh, look at that. Sunny blue sky, sunshine and yes, water and beach. I'm just like.

Tara MacDonald [:

I'm just like. It's, it's always good. And, and the reason why I asked that is because one thing that's great about the patches is when they come in the packet, they're so lightweight. You just throw them in your suitcase, they go with you. You know what I mean? You're working on your health while you're on vacation. Like, you know that it can't get any better than that. Do you know what I mean?

Suzanne Milner [:

It's so easy. They pack, they, they come in their individual package. Sometimes I take them out and just take, you know, the eight or nine, however many I need. Sometimes I throw the package in. So easy. But travel, yeah. If I could figure out how to earn a living on traveling, that would be my dream. That would be my dream job.

Suzanne Milner [:

I think a lot of people would say that, right?

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. But I recently discovered Mexico. I hadn't been to Mexico before, and I went this year, fell in love. The people are so beautiful and helpful. The country is clean. They're so welcoming to tourists. And the weather is unreal. Just the sun and the sand and the beaches and the pools.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. And. And the. I've traveled all over the world and I would say the food at the resort I was at was probably comparable to some food I've eaten in Michelin restaurants. It was just really, really good.

Tara MacDonald [:

Nice. Nice.

Suzanne Milner [:

So I'm going back for New Year's Eve this year. Vernon, go away for a week and then I've already booked to go for two weeks next February.

Tara MacDonald [:

Cool. Yeah. I love that. Everyone. So. So, as you may be aware, when Suzanne posts that she's traveling, she does a little countdown sometimes on social media. And I. And I see it, I'm like, okay, I gotta keep an eye out for the photos.

Tara MacDonald [:

Because as soon as she gets off the plane and gets to the resort, all I see are toes in sand or toes by the pool. And I'm just like, oh, perfect. Because if anyone knows Suzanne Milner that is listening, you know, that she's a works do. You know, I mean, like, she does the teaching, she does the super pet catch. She's never, you know, got like, so much downtime in her hands that she doesn't know what to do with herself. She keeps herself busy. And one thing I admire is that, you know, you still have that work life, balance thing going on. Do you mean, like, we all.

Tara MacDonald [:

We all move through that? You know, however you move through it, however you deal with it. But you do know how to get your downtime when you have the ability and where you want to go and what you want to do. You know what I mean? And that. I admire that. So. And. But I just love the photos because I'm always just like, oh, God, I missed the beach again this year. I went to the desert, which is just as good.

Tara MacDonald [:

But I had to laugh because I was like, I really. Next year I got to go to the beach. I was like, I just got. I gotta plan it where I want to go and go down and do it.

Suzanne Milner [:

It's important. It's really important to let yourself recharge. I mean, we can't be the best versions of ourselves if we don't allow ourselves to recharge. And we shouldn't feel guilty about that. I remember when I was early in my career, people talking about, I haven't taken a vacation in five years. Almost like it was a badge of honor. And I'm like, no, take your vacation. Take your lunch breaks.

Suzanne Milner [:

If you don't want to eat lunch, go for a walk, empty the dishwasher, throw in some laundry, whatever, but move around and. And take the breaks. Let your brain recharge. And I think it's really important. And I. I do feel that people do that more now than they used to. I think people realize it, but it's really important to give yourself some grace and let yourself recharge.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, and that's. And that's really what, you know, I, you know, when I talk to my, you know, wellness coach and clients and stuff about is just. I think the first thing we work on is getting better sleep. And I, you know, know, to anyone out there, you know, I recommend the patch, you know, is a great way to start. And then also just like some nighttime habits that are different. Like, like, you know, it's hard to put the phone down. But you know, when you, when you start to. When you go into the bedroom, put the phone down, plug it in and put it away from your bed.

Tara MacDonald [:

Do you know what I mean? Just give yourself the time away from the screen. Because we are on the screen so much that we don't even realize it half the time. We don't even like, you know, clock it. So it's just one of the things where it's just like healthy habits can be had, you know, then they start, start with your sleep and you. And everything will start to follow through too. The amount of water and nutrition you should have. You know, I'm not saying be perfect, like when you go on vacation, enjoy your food, you know, but also be aware that with the super patch, you can take this with vacation with you and, and still work on your health, you know what I mean? And keep it going and stuff. And then, and then that way you may.

Tara MacDonald [:

You don't feel the, you know, vacation blues afterwards. You're like, oh, God, you know, and you don't like, you know, get back to it, you know, when you come back and stuff, because you feel so guilty about it. Some people pile on themselves. I know you probably, you know, in, in your work too. It's just like the amount of guilt they throw themselves into, you know, you're just like, no, no, no, just don't just, just hang on there, you know, before you pile on yourself. Realize that everyone needs vacation, everyone needs a break. You know, there's no authority cops in the world that are going to say, don't have that drink. Don't have that hot dog.

Tara MacDonald [:

Don't have that, you know, nice steak. Do you know what I mean? Just enjoy yourself. But you know, remember that like, you know, it's not hard to stay healthy if you take the patch with you because it's so versatile, right?

Suzanne Milner [:

So, and that's the thing, like, I went away and I still had my defend patch that I wore every day. I still use my REM patch to help me sleep at night. I did take freedom with me just in case something happened and I needed it. But I drank. I still drank my 4 liters of water every day in the sun. Yeah, I ate what I wanted at supper. I had a few drinks. I mean, it is a Vacation, yes.

Suzanne Milner [:

And a vacation, you know, enjoy yourself and do what you want. But I find that, you know, when you're on track for living a healthy, healthier lifestyle, you also don't want to throw that away just because you're somewhere fun for a week. So the patch really does help me kind of stay on track. I use the. When I travel, sometimes I use the ignite patch and that helps optimize our metabolism. So even resting it helps us burn more. Because I am laying around the sun. I mean, I go down so to lay in a beach chair for seven days and read a book.

Suzanne Milner [:

I'm not going to the gym every day. I'm not, you know, doing any organized. I'm not doing aerobics in the pool. I'm resting and relaxing. So that ignite patch helps a little bit with that extra food and maybe a couple of drinks that I end up having. So. So it all works.

Tara MacDonald [:

The first time, years ago, when I was part of. It's. It's doesn't exist anymore. The Be Connected business network that was run, they had a trip down to Jamaica and I took my little team from Charlie Mac Productions at the time with me on it and we had a great time. But you know, it was kind of like it was supposed to be about business networking and stuff to do and it was basically just a trip. So. But we, we had a great time because we. It was like all three of us, it was our first time really down south somewhere, you know, like in like some of them had been with their parents stuff.

Tara MacDonald [:

So we, you know. But it was funny because I remember we walked in and I was like, oh my God. I was just like, there's no shark nets. You know what I mean? And everybody heard me and everyone goes, there's no shark nets. And I'm just like, oh, we're not the only first timers. I'm like, oh no, what have I started? You know what I mean? Like, it was the first night, you know what I mean? We came off the bus and everyone's like, like, oh my God, do we need shark nets? And I'm just like, oops. And just like finally back away. You know, not generally, I know, but I, I don't know what I.

Tara MacDonald [:

But you know, and, and next day in the morning, I went out and just had a curiosity. I went to the gym. Just. It was like, well, it was not like an air conditioned room because this is a very basic Jamaican resort. And, and I walk in and it's, you know, 45 degrees Celsius. And. And. And this guy's working out, and he goes, you want to work out? And I'm like, not in this heat.

Tara MacDonald [:

I won't survive five minutes. I was just like, especially the humidity. I was like, I will die. I was just like, yeah. But I did kind of laugh because I was just like. Then they had stuff in the pool, and I'm like, again, I'm probably not gonna last. Like, the sun will get me. Like, it's just like, I'm too fair for that.

Tara MacDonald [:

You know, I'm like, you know what?

Suzanne Milner [:

I don't do aerobics or water aerobics at home. I'm not doing it on vacation.

Tara MacDonald [:

I know. So I do have to ask, because you do, you know, you have your mba, you do teach business and management, stuff like that. What is the one thing you tell people who want to join your team for Super Patch? Like, let's get down to the point where somebody hears this and they said, yeah, I'd like to know about Super Patch tries it. And then it's like, yeah, I'd like to join your team. What? You know, what's the one thing you

Suzanne Milner [:

tell them anytime someone approaches me? Because I don't, you know, chase people down. Hey, join my team. Join my team. That's just not me. You know me, I'm very laid back and quiet. But when someone says, hey, I'm kind of interested first I sit down and I said, well, let me take you through the product. Because I really feel it's important for people to be a customer first and have their own personal experience with the products before they jump on and decide that they want to be an associate and sell it, per se. So that's the first thing.

Suzanne Milner [:

And then once somebody has experienced it and they see for themselves how it works and the impact it's had for them, then I take them through, you know, this is how the business works. This is how you earn a living. These are some of the things I've done. Doesn't mean you have to do them. But there's all kinds of different ways that people run their businesses. Some people do trade shows. Some people do everything online and everything in between. So for me, it's really important if someone expresses an interest in joining the business, that they have the information to make the best choice for them.

Suzanne Milner [:

There's different ways to become a partner in this business. You can become an associate, and only because you want to buy the products for yourself and your family. And you, as an associate who wants to do that, you get the same discount that I do as a person running a business. Or you can go all the way to the other extreme and be someone who runs this as a business with the ultimate goal of making a living at this.

Tara MacDonald [:

Right.

Suzanne Milner [:

And everything in between. We have people who start out as, okay, I'll join, get my discount, buy it for myself and my family, and within a year, they're full fledged associates out there running a business, building an empire. Yeah, we have people come in who think they want to build the empire and, well, maybe that wasn't quite for them. All of it's okay. It's all okay. So for me, it's really important that people just have the information that they know what the tools are and where to find them, and then they, they do what they want to do. I'm, I'm not someone who's like, you didn't achieve this goal today or you didn't sell this? And the. That is so not me.

Suzanne Milner [:

This has to be run as a business and how it works for that individual person. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, I totally hear that. And that's, that's exactly why, you know, I'm an associate and a client of yours, because I never, I've, you know, I've tried the direct marketing where it was like a constant kind of, you know, you need to drill people on Instagram and Facebook and pull them in and talk to them and pin them down. And until they say no, you know, until they block you and delete you don't say, you know. And I'm just like, that's not the point of social media. I'm like. And like, you want me to go after someone so that they block me. I'm like, I don't want to do that. I like, I like research that relationship.

Tara MacDonald [:

I wanted that relationship to grow into fruition. I don't want to damage it by like throwing something at them that they're not interested in and then never not talk about it. You mean like, I was like, I want it to be acceptable so that they come to me and say, hey, see you're doing this, you know, curious as to how it works, and let's go. Because that's the long term relationship success. It's about relationship marketing.

Suzanne Milner [:

Exactly.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

There's nothing worse. I never wanted to be known as the person like, oh, no, here comes Suzanne Hyde. She's gonna talk about that business again. I never wanted to be that person. And I've been in a lot of different direct marketing companies over the years, and I've never been that person.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

If you wanna find out about it and you approach me, I will talk all day long about it and share all the good, the bad, the ugly, everything, all the details. Yeah, but I'm not that type of person that's going to be chasing others and saying, oh, did you know about this or did you hear about this? That's just not how I am and that's not how I'm comfortable working with people. Yeah, you know, I don't want to be blocked.

Tara MacDonald [:

Well, and the idea is social media, it's about sharing and caring. You know, generally, I mean, there's a lot of hatred out there for a lot of things. But at the same time, like if you start out with your own voice, your own message, you attract the people that you attract. You know, there is that attraction marketing part of it. And then when you talk to them and explain to them about what you're doing, doing, and they see what you're doing and they're curious about it, that natural curiosity is way better than trying to force them into something they don't want to be a part of. That they're going to resent you every time the product comes to their door or they talk about it, or they just hide it on you because they don't want to say they're not selling it themselves or, or they avoid you. You know, it's all the negative repercussions. I never want to be that person.

Tara MacDonald [:

I always want to be open to the people who are curious, talk to them about it and then just let it be. You know what I mean? Like, if they decide to join, fantastic. If they don't, that's fine too, you know, don't, don't, don't negate the love, you know what I mean? From, from one thing to another. And also don't damage your own reputation to the point where, you know, people are just like hiding from you. That would be the terrible. I do know some people who do do that, you know.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. And, and you know what I mean? We live in one province, but we all operate globally. But it's still a small globe when you come down here and reputation is everything. I'm also really clear with the people that decide they want to join. Me in particular, because there's lots of leaders in this business that. I'm not a over your shoulder, micromanager type of leader. Like, if you want to join the business and I've given you the information, you can find out the events that are going on, you can link into the training just like I can. I'm not someone who, like, emails you.

Suzanne Milner [:

Okay, here's the training links for this week. You better be on the call. If you want to join a call, join a call. If you don't, don't. It's your business.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

You do it how you want to do it.

Tara MacDonald [:

And what I love, what I've seen when I've been on, I haven't been in a while, but when I've seen from the teams that I do join through your group and stuff, is that it's the same kind of message coming from the head CEO himself, Jay, about it. You know, he's literally just like, this is for people's health, you know, do not force them to join. Do you know what I mean?

Suzanne Milner [:

Yes.

Tara MacDonald [:

We encourage you to talk to people about it, but we don't want you to, like, force it on someone. Do you mean for the sale?

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah. Our owner, Jay, has so much integrity. And like I said, I've been in a lot of direct selling businesses and integrity is not a word I would associate with a lot of them or. And a lot of the people that are naturally involved too. But Jay has so much integrity. He has put so much into research, connecting with the right medical professionals and athletic professionals to have a really good board of directors or medical board.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

He's very adamant about being compliant and how we talk about the product and not promising things that have not been researched and proven.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

So, for example, I use the Defend patch and have had some very significant positive impacts for my health, but they're not situations that have been researched, so I don't talk about them.

Tara MacDonald [:

Right, right.

Suzanne Milner [:

So we want the science to back up what we say. So he's very adamant about being compliant. He's very, very good about removing people from the business who are not compliant, which is the right thing to do.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

So I feel like the integrity just runs up and down the spine of this entire organization.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, I would say that for sure. That's definitely the vibe I got from the whole thing. And I've also been in a few direct marketing sales saying one particularly was jewelry. And the problem with the jewelry was there they accepted you. They expected you to buy stock every time they came out with a seasonal release and then directly sell it from your home or business to people. Seemed like a great idea at the time, but then after a while, it was like piling up.

Suzanne Milner [:

Yeah.

Tara MacDonald [:

Inventory. I'm not a retail store.

Suzanne Milner [:

How many stories have we heard about people with their garages full of product because they had to buy product Tupperware. I know, yeah. Like if you want to earn commissions off of your team in Super Patch, all you need to do is have a smart ship order of two packs of packages a month.

Tara MacDonald [:

Right.

Suzanne Milner [:

I use four different packages, four different patches every month on a regular basis.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

So you're basically just ordering your own product. That is all you have to buy every month. Yeah, lots of incentives if you buy more. Of course, free packs, all kinds of different options. But at a minimum, if you want to earn commissions off of the people that you have on your team, it's two packs of patches a month and also nothing.

Tara MacDonald [:

It's also affordable compared to some of the stuff I've been through. You know what I mean? Where it's just like it's not. And if you really get overloaded, you can pause it, you know, you can skip a month and come back.

Suzanne Milner [:

Wanted to. You can, you can cancel smartship at any time. But yeah, and customers can do the same thing. And with the customers, if they do smartship, they get a discount. So lots of benefits. And those are the, those are the things that I share with clients. So if someone comes up and expresses interest in becoming more than just a customer, customers are great, don't get me wrong. But more.

Suzanne Milner [:

But a business associate, then I give them all the options, customer associate, a builder associate and so on and what that kind of looks like. And then you just make the best decision for yourself.

Tara MacDonald [:

Well, and then thing that we forgot to mention is you get your own company website too.

Suzanne Milner [:

You do.

Tara MacDonald [:

So you have an online area that you can direct people to and say this is where it all is. Why don't we discuss which patch is good for you? What do you feel like? You know, here's the prices and it ships around the shoes. So you don't actually have to take any product back with you and ship it out to any customers or clients or anyone want to be associates. It all is online and easy to use. You know what I mean?

Suzanne Milner [:

So easy.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

Drug freewellness, ca. You'll see at the very top. Recommended by Suzanne Milner. Yeah, that's my replicated site. You can see, see all of the science that's there, all of the reports. You can look at the medical board or the advisory board to see who's there. Look at all the patches and what they, what they do. Look at the ordering options.

Suzanne Milner [:

Like it's, it's all there and everything has a 30 day money back guarantee. So if you order online and you're not happy with it. Guess what? Yeah, you can return it.

Tara MacDonald [:

You can return it. Okay, well, we've got a few minutes left. We talked a little bit about her travel. We talked definitely a lot about superfatch, how easy uses users. And we also talked in such a way that you can see how to incorporate it into your life. Do you know what I mean? Where it's not just like, you know, this is super patch and this is what it does. It's more like about how we've experienced it, what works for us, what your experience has been with it, you know, how it can work for people. And once again, Susan, I'll just get you to say where people can reach you again just one more time as we wrap up and stuff in the next few minutes.

Tara MacDonald [:

So where can people find you?

Suzanne Milner [:

So you can find me at drugfreewellness ca. You can email me@drugfreewellnessmail.com and you can find me on Facebook under Drug Free Wellness.

Tara MacDonald [:

Perfect. Perfect. Great.

Suzanne Milner [:

And that's the other thing by nature of the name Drug Free Wellness. There are no drugs, no metals, nothing in these patches. Just the vibro tactile technology with the touch on your skin. So that's another thing, especially as we age. The handful of pills that I see people taking every day.

Tara MacDonald [:

Oh God.

Suzanne Milner [:

And the potential for interactions and all those things. And we talk about how the patches clear those, clear those pathways to the brain so the messages stimulate in the appropriate manner. All that stickiness and cloudiness that happens is because of drugs. Yeah, prescription drugs, it doesn't matter. It's just because of the drugs that we take. So if you can add something to your daily life that is drug free, non invasive, then why wouldn't you at least try it? There's no risk, 30 day money back guarantee. So try it.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, yeah. So connect with Suzanne on that because one of the great things about her approach is, you know, she's always going to give you the, the customized deal when you talk to her about her, your pain points, you know, in that you know what your challenges are with mobility or if you're having sleep issues or if you need more energy or you need to get rid of that brain fog in the morning. You know, you've got some situations for where they can try it and if they don't like it after 30 days, they can return it. So, you know, I just want to say of everything I've been through, it's really the one that I love sticking with because it's a simple solution. It travels with you. You know, it helps you out. And it's cheaper than a prescription pill. Prescription that you get.

Suzanne Milner [:

And I feel like it's still the best kept secret.

Tara MacDonald [:

Oh, yeah.

Suzanne Milner [:

I still talk to people every day who don't know about it, and I'm like, everybody should have these. Yeah.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah. Totally agree. Okay. All right, well, we're gonna wrap up, but thanks, Suzanne, for coming on. Really appreciate it. And super patch. And drug freewellness. Ca.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yes. And drug freewellness.gmail.com.

Suzanne Milner [:

yes.

Tara MacDonald [:

Got it.

Suzanne Milner [:

Excellent. Thanks for having me. It's always fun.

Tara MacDonald [:

Yeah, no problem. All right, thanks for listening, everybody. Talk to you soon. Yours in health. Bye. Bye.
