In today's episode, I'm talking about Process, and specifically the simple, repeatable daily routine that turns the warm leads you already have into consistent, reliable sales. Not by pushing, convincing or persuading, but by having genuine, curious conversations with people who already know you, already like you, and are already open to hearing from you.
I talk about why the biggest brands in the world cannot do what you can do. They cannot get personal, pick up the phone, or have a one to one conversation with a potential client. That personal connection is your greatest competitive advantage, and today I show you exactly how to use it.
I also share why most sales aren't lost because someone said no. They're lost because nobody followed up. Today's process makes sure that never happens in your business again.
Your Day 3 Task
- Build your warm leads list. Go through your connections across social media, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook groups and write down at least ten names of people you think you could genuinely help right now
- Reach out to at least three of them today with a personalised message, reference something specific about them and start a real conversation
- Post on the Day 3 thread in the Facebook group before next Tuesday at noon
