Finishing it doesn't mean that the work is done. It means that you can finally see clearly enough to know what comes next. The front end of your business, how clients find you, how you sell, how you move someone from inquiry to signed contract, is still running on instinct. And instinct doesn't scale.
The machine is the asset, not the talent. Every time you retype the same email from memory or reconstruct a proposal from scratch, you are spending high-level creative energy on problems that should already be solved. Act two is all about documenting the sales flow, building the assets that support it, and eventually connecting it all into a system that runs without you manually holding it together.
Then comes the third act. The forever balancing act between marketing and systems development. Read the data. Understand what the business needs most right now. In the first act you are surviving. In the second you are building. In the third you are growing. Get obsessed with the numbers. They will tell you the truth when your emotions want to tell you something different.
