How to find a contractor and what are ADUs and do you need one?

ADUs have been in the news lately as a way to gain additional living space on your property without adding to the house. This may be a solution for people (zoning permitting) who are looking for a home office, place for their parents or adult children to live nearby, or as an income generating unit.
