Sara Webb is a healer who uses her words, wisdom, and occasional dry wit to help others. She is also a yoga teacher and an inspirational speaker.

This is Sara Webb's story—

Sara Webb is a healer who helps people to get in touch with the power within themselves. She transformed her life when she got sober in 2019 and came out of the closet. Since then, Sara has helped others to do the same thing by transforming their life into a life they truly desire. She is grateful for the difficulties in her life, as they have opened her up to new perspectives and opportunities for growth.

You will learn in this episode:

  1. How meditation helps us to access the 99.96% of information that is available to our subconscious but of which we are only conscious of around 0.4%?
  2. How meditation is healthcare and can heal our body, mind, and spirit.
